Schedule infrared scans yearly
Loose connections in switchgear are the #1 cause of unplanned outages. A $1,500 thermal scan finds them before they cost you a Saturday and a fire marshal.

◢ WHAT WE DO
Design-build and bid-spec electrical for commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, and tech facilities across the Bay Area. We pull permits, coordinate with the GC, and hand over an as-built that actually matches what's in the wall.
◢ WHERE WE WORK
A hospital isn't a warehouse. A clean room isn't a Starbucks. We bid each sector with the foremen who've actually built in it.
◢ HOW WE WORK
From the first phone call to final inspection, here's exactly what working with us looks like.
Tell us about the scope, the schedule, and what's keeping you up at night. Usually a 15-minute conversation.
TIMING: ~15 MIN, COST: FREE
We walk the site, review the drawings, and turn around a line-item bid that you can actually compare apples-to-apples.
TIMING: 3 TO 5 DAYS, OUTPUT: ITEMIZED BID PDF
BIM coordination with the GC and trades, prefab in our shop, then crews on site executing the plan.
TIMING: PROJECT DURATION, DELIVERABLE: AS-BUILT DRAWINGS
Punch list cleared, AHJ signed off, as-builts handed over. We pick up the phone for a year after, guaranteed.
TIMING: ONE YEAR WARRANTY, INCLUDES: PUNCH-LIST + AHJ SIGN-OFF

A monthly no-load run isn't a real test. Schedule an annual load-bank exercise. We've seen 'good' generators fail at 40% load when the grid actually drops.
With current PG&E rebates, most LED retrofits hit ROI in under 30 months. Title 24 controls knock another 25 to 35% off the lighting bill.
California is mandating EV-ready stalls in commercial parking. Pulling conduit during the next repave is 10× cheaper than retrofit later.
Bad panel schedules cost real money during outages. We re-label every panel we touch, even the ones that aren't ours.
Variable frequency drives can wreak havoc on harmonics in older buildings. A two-week study upfront saves a transformer swap later.
◢ THE WORK SPEAKS
We won't post fake testimonials. Most of our work comes from the same handful of GCs and facility managers calling back, bid after bid, build after build. If you want references on a project we actually finished, ask.

Every Silver Creek crew is built around IBEW Local 332 journeymen, not subbed-out day labor.
CEC 2022. NFPA 70 (NEC). IBC 2022. CALGreen
Talk to Juan,
Our journeymen come out of a five-year JATC apprenticeship, 8,000 hours on the tools and another 900 in the classroom before they ever sign their book. That's why a Silver Creek crew can read your drawings, catch the conflict the engineer missed, and bend pipe that actually lines up.
Local 332 is a deep bench. When your schedule swings or the GC adds a floor, we don't scramble Craigslist, we call the hall and roll qualified apprentices and journey wiremen the next morning. That's the difference between a shop that promises a date and a shop that hits one.
We're prevailing-wage and PLA-ready on day one, certified payroll, DAS-140s, fringe contributions, the whole stack. If you're bidding public work, OSHPD, federal, or anything with a labor compliance officer, we already speak the language.
