Submittals, long-lead gear orders, RFI cleanup, and a coordinated schedule with the GC. We sort out the conflicts on paper before they cost money in the field.

• Switchgear, generators, transformers ordered first
• Coordination drawings with mechanical and structural
• PG&E and AHJ paperwork started day one

Conduit, boxes, feeders, and underground get installed clean and to scale. Inspections pass first time. Photos before the drywall closes.

• EMT, rigid, and PVC per spec, no shortcuts
• Underground duct banks photographed before pour
• Rough inspection scheduled with the GC

Devices, fixtures, panelboards, switchgear, and controls land in their final spots. Labels printed, not handwritten. Torque values logged.

• Panelboard schedules typed and posted inside the door
• Calibrated torque on every lug
• Lighting controls programmed and walked through with the owner

We megger, phase, balance, and test. Generator runs under load. Transfer switches throw. Fire alarm gets walked end-to-end with the AHJ.

• Insulation resistance, phase rotation, voltage drop logged
• Load-bank gensets to nameplate kW
• Functional test every breaker, control, and ATS

Red-lines turn into clean as-builts. O&M manuals delivered. One-year labor warranty kicks in. We come back and fix it if it's ours.
